LandSite, Inc. was created to provide governmental affairs consulting for development proposals throughout California. The land use regulatory process in California is generally complex and cumbersome, not to mention the myriad Federal and State environmental laws that impact project viability. We focus our efforts on determining the most sensitive and appropriate approach to project design and processing that creates winning strategies for the developer and the community. Identification of stakeholders in the process as well as the environmental constraints existent within the local area are paramount to assessing the obstacles and opportunities for a successful project.
